• Ophioblennius Blennies can be very aggressive and territorial towards smaller and less aggressive tank mates.

• Provide a diet rich in algae based foods, if sufficient algae is not present supplementing is necessary. Ophioblennius Blennies may consume various microalgaes.

• May pick at small benthic invertebrates.

• Most Blennies lack or have very small swim bladders.

• Be sure to provide an aquarium with a tight fitting lid as Blennies may jump.

• Atlantic Redlip Blenny can grow to 7".
