Blue Velvet Angelfish

  • Centropyge Angelfish

  • Plenty of  room to swim, rock work, caves, cracks and crevices should be provided for grazing and hiding.

  • Centropyge Angelfish may pick at invertebrates.

  • A diet of marine meaty, angelfish and algae based foods should be provided multiple times daily.

  • Care will need to be taken when handling Angelfish as they have cheeks pines, avoid using nets when handling.

  • Centropyge Angelfish are hermaphroditic meaning they may have both sex organs at some point in their lives.

  • May be territorial towards other Angelfish with the same shape, however if added to a large enough aquarium and at the same time Dwarf Angelfish may live harmoniously.

  • Coco's Keeling Angelfish can grow to 3".

 

We recommend a minimum aquarium size of 70 gallons or larger for this species.
